Knihov谩 is an Assistant Professor at uu色情 and also teaches at the Masaryk Institute of Advanced Studies, Czech Technical University in Prague. At uu色情, she teaches Digital Skills & AI for Business, Marketing Communications, Buyer Behavior, and Marketing Research, with a particular emphasis on the relationship between marketing, technology, and contemporary educational practice.

Knihov谩鈥檚 professional experience also includes several years at Harley-Davidson Prague, where she worked closely with the marketing and communication department, focused on content marketing, and led staff training initiatives. In addition to her academic work, she has many years of experience in diplomacy and in business practice, particularly in the SME sector in engineering and trade.

Her research and professional interests focus primarily on digital marketing, AI applications in marketing and education, immersive marketing, marketing communication, and the integration of technology into teaching and learning. Knihov谩 has authored more than 70 scholarly and professional publications, edited two professional books, and she regularly participates in international academic conferences. Among her recent major projects are the book AI Marketing Playbook: Jak ChatGPT a um臎l谩 inteligence m臎n铆 sv臎t marketingu (AI Marketing Playbook: How ChatGPT and Artificial Intelligence Are Changing the World of Marketing) and the Czech translation of Philip Kotler鈥檚 Marketing 6.0. Her current work explores the role of artificial intelligence in marketing practice, higher education, and the development of innovative teaching methods.

Dr. Joch is Chairman and Executive Director of the Civic Institute, a Prague-based think tank. He was International Secretary of ODA, a political party (1994鈥�98), and an Assistant to a Senator (2001鈥�04) in the Czech Republic. He served as an Adviser to the Prime Minister of the Czech Republic (Human Rights and Foreign Policy, 2010鈥�12), Adviser to the Lord Mayor of Prague (2012鈥�14), and Adviser to the Member of the European Parliament (2017).

In addition to being Chairman and Director of the Civic Institute, he is an Assistant Professor at the University of Economics and at CEVRO University, both in Prague. He is the author of several books and essays on political philosophy and public policy, a contributor to Czech and Slovak media, and a regular columnist for the Czech daily Lidovky.cz and Slovak daily Postoj.sk, as well as a member of the Editorial Board of Aspen Review Central Europe. Among his books are The Revolt Against the Revolution of the 20th Century, No, Mr. Prime Minister!, and On the Side of Freedom.

Svobodov谩 started her career in the Parliamentary Institute, Parliament of the Czech Republic. She served as a legal advisor in the area of approximation of laws during the process of accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union. Later, she worked in law firms and focused on civil law and commercial law. She passed the bar examination in 2012; she is an attorney-at-law registered with the Czech Bar Association under number 14205. In 2012, she started her academic career at Metropolitan University Prague. Since 2015, she has been a lecturer at Charles University, Faculty of Law, Department of European Law. She became a lecturer and a guarantor at uu色情 in 2026. Svobodov谩 is a member of the Scientific Council of the Faculty of Law, Charles University. She specializes in EU law, in particular in Union citizenship, free movement of persons and fundamental rights protection in the EU. She is a member of Czech Association of European Studies.

Herrer also worked as a Spanish lecturer in higher education from 2022 to 2024 at Anglo-American University and at University of New York in Prague (UNYP). During this period, she completed a Master鈥檚 degree in Spanish Language Teacher Education at Universidad Internacional Men茅ndez Pelayo. In the 2024鈥�2025 academic year, she served as a Spanish lecturer at the Foreign Trade University in Hanoi, Vietnam, as part of the MAEC-AECID Lectorship Programme. Since returning to Prague in 2026, she remains actively involved in teacher training and professional conferences, with academic interests in pragmatics, cognitive grammar, and gamification.

As the SIRD School Coordinator, Zach works with exchange and transfer students by assisting with any of their needs in the office, but he is also available to help degree seeking students as well. He also can advise students on life in Prague if needed, as he has gone through the same path as them.

He holds a Ph.D. in diplomatic history from University College London and an MA in international relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He was a research fellow in security studies at the University of Nottingham between 2018 and 2019, and a research fellow in the arms control and regional security programme at the Institute for National Security Studies (INSS), Tel Aviv University, between 2012 and 2015. He was also a visiting research fellow at INSS during 2024.

He is the author of Margaret Thatcher and the Middle East (2016, Cambridge University Press). He is a fellow of the Royal Historical Society.

Je艡谩bkov谩 began her career as a researcher at the Oriental Institute of the Academy of Sciences and the Institute of International Relations in Prague. Following her research, she was the Director of the Sub-Saharan Africa department and the Director of the Human Rights Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) in Prague. Additionally, Je艡谩bkov谩 was the Director of the Diplomatic Academy at the MFA, responsible for many structural changes in the system of diplomatic training in cooperation with the European Diplomatic Programme from 2010 to 2024. Je艡谩bkov谩 served as the Ambassador of the Czech Republic in Cyprus from 1998-2002 as well as Ambassador in the United Arab Emirates from 2005-2010.

Luk谩拧ek graduated from the following institutions:

Luk谩拧ek started his career in the International Law Department of the Ministry of Defence and later became an advisor for three ministers of Czech government. He worked in top management positions for key Czech state institutions and corporations and was responsible for strategy, strategy development, international relations and management of property holdings.

Additionally, Luk谩拧ek was a member of the statutory and control bodies of many strategic important joint-stock companies. As the head of a negotiation team, he made a significant contribution of 5% stake acquisition in the Transalpine pipeline companies from Shell Deutschland in 2012 for the Czech state. This extraordinary transaction resulted in a significant strengthening of the energy security of the Czech Republic. He designed the concept and was co-founder of International Association of Oil Transporters (IAOT) and was the first executive director and member of the board of directors.

In the academic and research area, in 2001, Luk谩拧ek received the Dean’s award for the best Ph.D. thesis at the Faculty of International Relations, Prague University of Economics and Business. He was a member of the editorial board of the International Politics Journal and vice-chairman of the Scientific and Pedagogical Council of the Institute of Economics at Charles University. Luk谩拧ek has published multiple materials oriented to international law, energy security, foreign policy, and geopolitics and is a member of the Czech Society for International Law.

Additionally, he lectured for the Jan Masaryk Centre for International Studies at the Faculty of International Relations, Prague University of Economics and Business and at the Institute of Economic Studies, Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University.

Her research encompasses global climate governance (GCG), climate diplomacy, the role of non-state actors in GCG, environmental movements, and activism. Adamovsk谩 engages with concepts of transition and transformation, norm dynamics and entrepreneurship as well as the processes of meaning-making in climate action. Her article 鈥淭he Way Out of a Crisis? The Role of Cities in Europeanization: a Study of Thessaloniki City Diplomacy鈥� was awarded the Rector鈥檚 Prize for scientific publications.
